Since 1909, this Neo-Classic building has dominated the Elm Street side of the Green. Recent cleaning and restoration of the monumental staircase demands a look at the inside, where a three-story vault is crossed by bridges and lined with wide staircases and mezzanines leading to the courtrooms. The tour will be guided by Attorney Caroline Fargeorge.
