Charlotte Rea

First Vice President

A retired educator, Charlotte Rea taught English at the Dalton School for many years, then served as Assistant Head of School at the Westlake School for Girls in Los Angeles, Academic Dean at Northfield Mt. Hermon School in Massachusetts, and Head of Upper School at the Brearley School in Manhattan before becoming Head of School at The Williams School on the campus of Connecticut College. After Williams, she worked as a Senior Search Consultant at Carney-Sandoe, a large teacher and administrator placement firm for independent schools. Now officially retired, she serves as Senior Warden at Trinity Episcopal Church on the Green and Vice-President/Program Committee Chair for the New Haven Preservation Trust.
