State Tax Credit Workshop
The New Haven Preservation Trust will present its popular workshop, Historic Home Rehabilitation 101: How to Get Cash Back for Rehabilitating Your Historic Home, from 1-3 pm on Saturday, June 13 at The First Presbyterian Church (704 Whitney Avenue, New Haven).
Attendees will learn the ins and outs of the Connecticut Historic Homes Rehabilitation Tax Credit Program — one of the nation’s most generous rehabilitation incentive programs for individuals — with program experts Thea Buxbaum, local preservationist and program user, and Mary Dunne, Architectural Historian, State Preservation Office, Connecticut Commission on Culture & Tourism.
