Susan Godshall retired as Senior Vice President of the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce. She worked on economic development policy matters, state and local government affairs, downtown development, transportation investment and regional cooperation.
Susan was a program officer at the Community Foundation for Greater New Haven with a focus on regional economic development and the arts. She was Assistant Secretary of the University at Yale University for nine years, developing and implementing programs to broaden the University’s engagement with New Haven. Previously, she was a Deputy Corporation Counsel for the City of New Haven.
Susan holds degrees from Yale Law School and Yale School of Architecture. She is currently the Treasurer of the New Haven Preservation Trust.
