Kyle Driebeek

Board of Directors

Kyle is a staff member at the New Haven Museum, working in visitor services and the research library. Hailing from nearby Hamden, he studied art history at SUNY Stony Brook on Long Island, returning to Connecticut with an enthusiasm to work with and educate around New Haven’s built heritage. His primary focus concerns twentieth century architecture, but he appreciates the opportunities in any chapter of local culture to connect our everyday surroundings with wider human history. Since 2023, he has engaged with the Trust, working on event programming, oral history interviews, and occasional writing contributions, including the recent Douglas Orr brochure.
