A rare privilege to see the majestic interiors of one of New Haven’s outstanding Neo-Classical Revival civic buildings designed in 1913 by New York City architect James Gamble Rogers. In recognition of the Festival's theme, Citizenship, participants will be invited to witness an actual naturalization ceremony as part of the tour.
