Courtney Skipton Long

Courtney Skipton Long is a fundraising and development leader with experience in major gifts, membership, and donor relations. She is currently Director of Development at The Glass House, a site of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Previously, she advanced fundraising initiatives at the Yale University Art Gallery and Yale Schwarzman Center, and held curatorial roles at the Bruce Museum, the Florence Griswold Museum, The Huntington, and the Yale Center for British Art. Born and raised in Connecticut, Courtney is excited to help preserve the stories and places that define New Haven. She earned her M.A. and Ph.D. in the History of Art and Architecture from the University of Pittsburgh and her B.A. in Art History and Medieval Studies from Mount Holyoke College.
