New Haven Preservation Trust hosts local workshops throughout the city to introduce New Haveners to the historic homes tax credit and to explain the program’s application process and rehabilitation guidelines. Learn the ins and outs of one of the nation’s most generous rehabilitation incentive programs for individual home owners with Architectural Preservationist Alyssa Lozupone (State Historic Preservation Office, Department of Economic and Community Development). The workshop concludes with an engaging and informative question period.
